Pixel pitch selection depends on your minimum viewing distance. A good rule of thumb: multiply the pixel pitch (in mm) by 1.5–2 to get the minimum comfortable viewing distance in meters. For example, a P2.5 display is comfortable to view from about 3.75–5 meters away. For close-up applications like retail displays or control rooms, choose P0.9–P1.5. For outdoor billboards viewed from 20+ meters away, P6–P10 is typically sufficient.

The actual lifespan depends on operating conditions, brightness settings, and maintenance. Indoor displays in climate-controlled environments typically last 8–12 years, while outdoor displays exposed to weather may require module replacement after 5–8 years of continuous outdoor operation.
Yes. All our LED displays are modular and can be configured to virtually any size or aspect ratio. We also offer custom-shaped solutions including spheres, cylinders, arches, curves, and fully bespoke geometries through our Creative LED Screen series. For standard product series, the minimum order is typically 10 square meters. For custom projects or OEM manufacturing, we can accommodate smaller quantities depending on the specifications. We offer a 5-year warranty on LED modules and driver ICs, a 3-year warranty on the full system (including power supplies, receiver cards, and cables), and a 1-year warranty on peripheral accessories. Extended warranty options are available. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and abnormal degradation — not damage from improper installation, physical impact, or extreme environmental conditions beyond the product’s rated specifications.
Standard production lead time is 15–20 working days for orders up to 100 square meters. Larger orders may require additional production time. We ship via air freight (5–7 days), sea freight (20–35 days), or express courier (3–5 days) depending on your timeline and budget. All shipments include professional export packaging with shock-resistant flight cases or pallets, fully insured door-to-door.
